I’ve built a lot of technical skills I more likely that not wouldn’t have otherwise taken the time to develop. Having worked in a variety of different programs and on two different but complementary semester-long projects has observably improved my fluency and comfortability with WordPress for one. I hadn’t realized how much I worked with students with these two projects, and how much insight this has given me into teaching timelines, syllabus building, and communication in general. I would like to build more WordPress skills if presented the opportunity. It is so cool to see how excited students are to see their work online!
