Audacity was somewhat of a struggle for me. I struggled inordinately downloading it to my computer, and I didn’t like how shortcut dependent it was as someone who struggles with even the copy paste short cuts across devices. I appreciated the flexibility of functionality, but it was somewhat overwhelming when starting out. I expected it to be closer to WeVideo with what I feel to be a more beginner friendly interface–a countdown before recording begins and such. I would worry a little about teaching someone to use Audacity and would want to further familiarize myself.
